		<description>Really?? I don&#039;t think much about water, although I&#039;m fairly sure I don&#039;t drink enough of it. I drink coffee, water, and a diet soda (once in a while) but have never paid attention to it. I had no idea it was connected to weight loss; if anything I would have guessed that it would *add* pounds to the scale -- the water poundage sitting in my belly/bladder!
